Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. New paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and have used less than 70% of your monthly quota, we refund that payment in full (a 90-day cooldown applies before another refund can be claimed). Plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Outside the 7-day guarantee window, we do not offer refunds for partial months.
One-time mini-packs are non-refundable once activated.
Content generated by AI tools (ad copy, replies, product analysis) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before use, especially for compliance with advertising platform policies.
AI estimates and trend data are best-effort and clearly labeled. We do not guarantee accuracy of profit margins, demand scores, or other estimated metrics. Use them as a starting point, not a final decision.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Doha, Qatar.
