By using DropAI, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using DropAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service description

DropAI is an AI-powered platform that provides product research, ad copy generation, customer service automation, and competitor analysis tools for dropshipping businesses.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use DropAI.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Multiple free accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use DropAI to:

• Sell illegal, harmful, or counterfeit products.
• Generate content that is hateful, deceptive, or violates platform policies (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our service.
• Resell or sublicense access to your account.

5. Subscription & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayPal.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (full refund, no questions asked).
• All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable local taxes.

5.1 Pricing changes

• We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time to reflect changes in costs, market conditions, or service improvements.
• Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase via email at the address associated with their account.
• If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect — no penalties or fees will apply.
• Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Promotional rates and discounts are subject to their original terms and may not be available for renewal.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

DropAI uses AI to generate content (ads, replies, product analyses). Some data — like price estimates and competitor analyses — are AI-generated and clearly labeled as such. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before using it commercially.

7. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate using DropAI. We retain ownership of the platform itself. The DropAI name, logo, and codebase are property of Al-Mulla Investments.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of liability

DropAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from your settings.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
