What is the Business Planner?
An AI-powered tool that creates a full setup plan for any business you want to start (coffee shop, restaurant, salon, etc.). Enter your budget, business type, and location — get 3 complete plans (economic/mid-tier/luxury) with itemized costs, real product links, legal requirements, operational costs, break-even analysis, and a week-by-week launch timeline. Available from Starter ($19/mo, 2 plans/month) up to Enterprise (80 plans/month).
Is there a free trial?
You can sign up free and try the platform with limited usage. No credit card needed to start. Upgrade when you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel any time from your subscription page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period — no penalty, no questions.

Where does your data come from?
We pull live competitor prices from public marketplaces (Google Shopping, Amazon) via SerpApi for real-time data. AI insights and trend analysis come from Anthropic's Claude. AI estimates are always clearly labeled "Estimated by AI — not verified data." Currency rates come from the European Central Bank via Frankfurter, updated daily.
How does Trend Radar work?
Trend Radar surfaces 8 hot product niches every 5 days, each with a heat score (0-100) and the top trending products inside. The trend analysis is AI-driven (Claude). Available on Pro and above.
What languages does Reply Bot support?
Reply Bot generates professional replies in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, and Indonesian. It can auto-detect the customer's language too.
Is Theme Detector really free?
Yes — no signup, no limits. Paste any Shopify URL and get the theme name, price, and detected features instantly.

How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase for authentication and database, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We never sell or share your search history or generated content. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — email us at support@dropshipingai.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
How does Product Validator work?
Paste any product URL (AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, etc.). We safely fetch the page, extract real product data (Open Graph, JSON-LD, prices, ratings), and Claude AI produces a 0-100 verdict score across demand, competition, profit, and risk — plus 3 better alternatives. Available on Pro and above.
What does Store Audit check?
Store Audit analyzes your store's public homepage HTML for design quality, conversion signals (trust badges, urgency, social proof), SEO basics (meta tags, structured data, alt text), mobile-friendliness, and trust signals. You get a 0-100 score, strengths, issues, and a prioritized action plan. We never access internal admin areas — homepage only.
Are exchange rates in Currency Converter real?
Yes. Rates are pulled from Frankfurter (open European Central Bank reference rates) and refreshed daily. Pegged Gulf currencies (SAR, AED, QAR, KWD) use their official fixed pegs. The data date is shown on every conversion.
